This 3-day writing workshop is designed to lead you through the weird and wild process of writing a full draft of a play in a week! Yes! A week! It can be done! It will be done! We'll follow our unconscious wherever it leads. If you have an idea... if you think you might have an idea... if you have NO idea ...this workshop will help you get it down on paper.

Schedule:

August 11th 12:00PM-5:00PM: Group work to shake loose your unconscious, guided writing exercises, small talk on craft, lots of writing time

August 12th 12:00PM-5:00PM: Diving into character, diving into place, creating a possible future for your play, lots of writing time

August 18th 12:00PM-7:00PM: Sharing pages and looking to the future

Tuition: $180 per student (must be paid in full before the first day of class) 10 Students Maximum
